Refund of unpacked, used, destroyed and so on products is not accepted.
Returns must be made with the original packaging.
In case of any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, usage and other situations in the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned as it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and its cost will not be refunded.
Returned product is sent to the technical inspection after it reaches Myturkeymart. If the product is reported to be faulty by the user during the checks performed, the return is not acceptable.
In case of damaged package; damaged packages shall not be received and a record must be provided to the supplier authority. If the representative of the supplier believes that the package is not damaged, you have the right to open the package and check that the products have been delivered undamaged and ask for a record of the situation.
Once the package has been received by you, it is deemed that the delivery company has done its duty properly.
If the package has not been accepted and the record has been kept, the situation should be informed to Myturkeymart as soon as possible with the remaining copy of the record. Myturkeymart will ensure a new and healthy delivery as soon as possible.
